GMEX was all about proving that carbon trading doesn’t have to be clunky or exclusive. We built a two-sided demo on Zilliqa—one for retail users buying offsets with a tap, and another for institutional traders submitting RFQs and handling inventory like pros.

I led the product and UX strategy end-to-end. For retail, I designed a lightweight, mobile-first interface that let users redeem GREE tokens for offsets—no jargon, no wallet chaos. Users could browse carbon projects, make purchases, and get instant feedback via the contract. For corporate, we designed a more complex, desktop-based interface for RFQs, quote tracking, and asset locking with wUSDT or XSGD. Think carbon trading meets crypto Bloomberg.

I worked across smart contract architecture, backend flows, and frontend design—coordinating with devs, keeping the FIX integration in scope, and ensuring everything shipped without falling apart. Gas? Pre-funded. Pricing? Synced via script. The result? A working carbon credit marketplace demo with real-time logic and zero fluff.
